Honest Aminos Refund & Return Policy
Section 1: All Sales Are Final
Due to the strictly controlled storage requirements (temperature, light, and humidity) necessary to maintain the structural integrity of lyophilized peptides and research reagents, Honest Aminos cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once a product has been dispatched from our Nashville logistics hub, the chain of custody is broken, and the material can no longer be certified for research use. For the safety and data integrity of all our researchers, we do not restock or resell returned items.
Section 2: Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
We take extreme care in our vacuum-sealing and packaging process. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is a fulfillment error (wrong item received), you must notify support@honestaminos.shop within 48 hours of the "Delivered" timestamp.
Requirement: Please include your Order Number and high-resolution photographic evidence of the unopened, damaged product and the original shipping label.
Resolution: Verified claims for damaged or incorrect items will be resolved via a one-time replacement shipment at no additional cost to the researcher.
Section 3: Lost or Stolen Packages
Honest Aminos provides tracking information for every shipment. Once a package is scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), our liability ends. We are not responsible for packages stolen from porches or mailboxes. We highly recommend using a secure delivery location or a PO Box for sensitive research materials.
Section 4: Research Outcomes & Non-Refundability
Honest Aminos guarantees the purity and identity of our compounds via third-party HPLC/MS testing. However, we do not offer refunds based on the outcomes of your specific research projects, experiments, or "lack of results." Scientific research is inherently variable, and our responsibility is limited to providing the chemical reagents as described in our technical specifications.
