Terms of Service & Research Agreement

Section 1: Scope of Use (The "Research Only" Clause)

All products distributed by Honest Aminos are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. By purchasing from this site, the buyer acknowledges that the products have not been tested by Onyx Labs for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial, or any other applications. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES shall these products be used for human or veterinary consumption, or for any therapeutic or diagnostic purposes.

Section 2: Buyer Representations

The buyer warrants that they are an adult (21 years of age or older) and are affiliated with a research institution, laboratory, or are a qualified independent researcher. The buyer understands the hazards associated with the handling of these reagents and assumes all responsibility for the safe storage, handling, and use of the materials purchased.

Section 3: Indemnification & Liability

In no event shall Honest Aminos, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether the buyer's claim in contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. In consideration of the sale of product to the buyer, which sale we would not otherwise make, the buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Onyx Labs harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of the buyer's handling and/or use of the product.

Section 4: Shipping & Logistics (The Nashville Clause)

All orders are dispatched from our Nashville, TN logistics hub. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. Onyx Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.

Section 5: No Return Policy

Due to the nature of chemical reagents and the requirement for strictly controlled storage environments (temperature/light), all sales are final. Honest Aminos cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a product has left our controlled facility, as the integrity of the research material can no longer be guaranteed.
